We can just catch up and talk about what’s going on in our lives, and even what’s going on in the real estate market! Whatever it is, we’re able to take time to truly connect.

I want to share a recent experience with a client where a horse property was their dream home. Where my initial appointment told me that’s what we needed to go out and find. The day I met them I knew that was their Perfect Home.
It wasn’t easy when we started and we were even outbid many times. Nevertheless, we closed $25,000 below list on their horse property in Sedalia.
